Nothing has been overlooked in preparing this brand new property for holiday rental – it is all about welcoming, stylish social spaces that instantly invite family and friends to gather, wind down and embrace holiday mode.

The open plan kitchen and living, are perfect for hosting groups and the enormous undercover al fresco lends itself to long lunches and big dinner parties!

Guests will enjoy waterviews from the kitchen breakfast bench; the dining table; the lounge room, the bedrooms, the upstairs balcony, the reading room and even from the kitchen sink!

Low Season from $800 per night
Shoulder Season from $900 per night
Peak Season from $1100 per night

Minimum stay period is 3 nights.

Standard Number of guests: 12 guests
Maximum Number of Guests: 16 guests (4 additional children only and extra charges apply at $30 per child per night).

Long stay discount:
Stay 5 nights – receive a 10% discount on the total rental tariff
Stay 7 nights – receive a 20% discount on the total rental tariff

Please note: Discount does not apply during peak season, and over public holiday weekends.

The rental of this property is for holiday and short stay purposes only.

No parties or functions are to be at the property without written approval from the owner.

Strictly no bucks parties and no bookings of single men under the age of 30.
